Pink Elephants
20" x 20" Acrylic on Canvas

This is my entry for the'Go Wild' category of the David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year. The brief was to let yourself go wild...and I did! I used acrylic paint for this one rather than my usual oils

I am thrilled to report that out of 740 entries in the competition my Pink Elephant painting got through to the final judging:

"Your artwork ‘Pink Elephants’ reached the final round of judging but has unfortunately not been shortlisted to hang in the exhibition at the Mall Galleries in May. However, due to the high standard of work again this year, we are going to repeat the folder which we introduced last year which was very successful. It will feature some of the entries that just missed the exhibition. Copies of this folder will be available for the duration of the exhibition for potential purchasers to browse and should someone wish to make a purchase they can contact you directly.

Congratulations!
Best wishes
